reduction of factors contributing to unhealthy

planning and preconceptual health care

detection, and treatment of sexually transmitted
infections

intervention and treatment of substance abuse

and responsive public health system

Annual dues $10,000
Organizations or individuals that make an
annual contribution of $10,000 or greater; Includes one
(1) seat on the Board of Directors
SUSTAINER: Annual dues $5,000
Hospitals with Level III or Level III
Regional neonatal and/or perinatal services, advocacy
groups and professional organizations whose main thrust
is maternal and/or child health care;
Includes one (1) seat on the
Board of Directors
ORGANIZATION/LEVEL II: Annual
Dues $1,000
Organizations interested in improving
maternal and child health. This category includes Level
II hospitals, professional organizations, advocacy
groups, business coalitions, businesses, religious
groups and healthcare vendors/suppliers.
Organization/Level I: Annual Dues $500.00
Hospitals that provide Level I services; small
professional groups
INDIVIDUAL: Annual dues $50.00
Individuals interested in improving maternal
and child health
Disclosure:
LAMCH dues are not deductible as a charitable
contribution for federal income tax purposes, but may be
partially deducted as a business expense. LAMCH
estimates that 80 percent of your membership dues are
deductable as a business expense and that 20 percent are
allocable to lobbying activities of the LAMCH and are
not deductible for income tax purposes. The Coalition
is a 501 (c) (4) Corporation, Fed. ID #72-1157470
